<p>This is a paradoxical substance in the sense that for most people, oil is considered to be a bad thing since it is known to cause a lot of fatal and irreparable damages to one’s health, especially if consumed in abnormally high amounts. But Fish oil, is actually a different kind of oil in the sense that it is actually good for your body.</p>

The substances found in the oil (EPA and DHA) are known to help improve and strengthen the arteries and prevent the formation of atherosclerosis.</p>
<p>2)      Since you can improve and strengthen your cardiovascular health, as well as prevent the formation of atherosclerosis, it also follows that with the regular consumption of fish oil, you could lower the probability of suffering from heart attacks and stroke.</p>
<p>3)      Fish oils also are known to have positive effects on inflammatory response. This means that the number of incidence and occurrence for a person to suffer inflammation, like arthritis, prostatitis and others, will be lower.</p>
<p>4)      Omega 3 fish oil also helps in the improvement of memory recall, focus and cognitive functions of the brain. With this, it is deduced that with the constant use of fish oils, you could expect improved brain functions and higher intelligence.</p>
<p>5)      With the improvement of the brain, it also follows that a person who regularly uses or consumes fish oil would have less probability in experiencing depression and psychosis. It is even proven through experimentation that it could reduce the aggressive behavior of violent individuals.</p>
<p>6)      It is known to help reduce the risk of a person from experiencing and developing breast and prostate cancer.</p>

<p>But we have to be careful not to overdo it. If the levels of Omega 3 in our body becomes too much, it may take a toll in our bodies and cause problems for our health. Remember that anything good, when taken too much could turn out to be bad.</p>
